Designed as part of the UI team at SapientRazorfish, these screens are from the first phase of SapientRazorfish’s partnership with Universal Orlando Resort. Phase 1 had two tracks to it. First was streamlining the booking process through Universal’s guest-facing products (responsive web platform and native applications). This included park tickets, hotel booking, vacation packages and in-park functions (itineraries, ride wait times, etc). The second track dealt with designing bespoke in-park tools the Universal Orlando team are to use, separated into two parts: a team tools suite and sales app. The key motivating factor for the in-park tools was simplicity, the need to have the team members perform their duties in as simple and intuitive a fashion as possible.
